Online shopping has made our lives way easier than it used to be. We no longer have to witness the traffic, the waiting time, or the crowd anymore, we can get whatever we want with just a single tap: food, clothes, cosmetics, medicine, technology and more.

But with the abundance of choices, prices, platforms, and options out there, we end up facing analysis paralysis or decision fatigue with all the options available to us. Well, you no longer have to worry, Bahraini startup Inagrab solves this confusion for you. It’s available to download on iOS and Android.

Inagrab has also been a part of the StartUp Bahrain Community. A community initiative based on encouraging entrepreneurs and startups to kick start their business ideas in Bahrain due to its business friendly environment, regulatory sandbox for FinTech companies, and more.

Founded by Hussain Haji a serial entrepreneur with four previous businesses (Pikadot, Tasleem.org, Hanker & Nourish and Mahi Mahi), and co-founded by Mustafa Marhama a serial entrepreneur, Inagrab allows the online shopper to make a valid decision in the shortest time possible while shopping for products, booking flights, finding hotels and taxis and more. What the app basically does is scour the web for you and brings you best prices while you’re all snuggled up in your comfy couch.

Inagrab was brought to life when Hussain and Mustafa were discussing a few issues people faced while shopping online. They realized that shopping for an item online, and finding the right item, at the best price between several websites took quite the chunk of time while doing so.

This is when the partners decided to work on Inagrab, with the aim of being the best deal search engine of the region and potentially the globe that provides valuable and efficient services to the the public. But what’s the story behind the name Inagrab? Hussain told us that the name Inagrab is actually an anagram for Bargain, pretty clever huh?

One major challenge that the startup has faced is finding local talent in Bahrain, especially since development and coding is considered new field in this country. “We managed to overcome such a hurdle by developing Inagrab ourselves -mainly Mustafa- and working with trustworthy A-Grade companies abroad in countries like India, Vietnam, the US, and Canada,” Hussain added.

Inagrab is available for download on Google Play and Apple Store. For more information about Inagrab, check out their website, and follow them on Instagram.
