Reboot Coding Institute and Raincode, a Scandinavian software solutions provider, announced an exciting partnership at GITEX Global 2024, held in Dubai. This collaboration aims to further position Bahrain as a growing hub for tech innovation in the MENA region. As part of the partnership, Raincode will establish a developer hub in Bahrain, where Bahraini talents from Reboot01 will work on real-world projects for Scandinavian clients.

The program starts with an internship-to-employment pathway, offering students a stipend of BD400 per month. After completing their internships, successful candidates will be offered full-time roles, with Raincode planning to hire 80 developers by 2025 and an ambitious target of 250 by 2028. Starting salaries for graduates will exceed BD1,000, making this an incredible opportunity for Bahrain’s budding developers.

During a successful pilot program, Reboot01 students outperformed expectations, achieving exceptional results on Alva Labs assessments, surpassing European benchmarks. This partnership offers international exposure and showcases Bahrain's ability to cultivate top-tier tech talent.

With over 400 students and partnerships with 20+ hiring companies, Reboot Coding Institute is set to revolutionize Bahrain’s tech landscape, creating a pipeline of skilled professionals ready to meet the demands of both regional and global markets.
