Tanami hires Reboot01 grads as FF25 turns talent into fintech momentum
Oct 9, 2025

Tanami and Reboot Coding Institute announced a strategic partnership during FinTech Forward 2025 in Manama, confirming how Bahrain’s skills pipeline is feeding real product work in wealth-tech. The collaboration includes Tanami onboarding three Reboot01 full-stack developer graduates to build a platform for access to private markets.
The announcement came as the Bahrain Economic Development Board published its FinTech Forward 2025 wrap noting 38 partnerships and strategic agreements signed at Exhibition World Bahrain on October 8–9. That outcome signals steady confidence in the Kingdom’s fintech agenda and helps translate event energy into real hiring and product delivery.
Regulatory momentum is also in place. Tanami Capital secured an Investment Business Firm Category 2 licence from the Central Bank of Bahrain, enabling it to offer institutional-grade global private-market investments through a digital platform. For engineering teams, that authorisation matters because it lets new hires contribute to live, compliant systems built for Bahrain and the wider GCC.
The partnership reflects Bahrain’s coordinated approach to tech skills. Reboot01 runs a two-year, project-based programme powered by 01Edu, launched with Tamkeen and supported by the Bahrain Economic Development Board. Graduates train across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, DevOps, and fintech, with an emphasis on employment readiness, giving companies like Tanami job-ready engineers from day one.
“As a Bahraini-led startup, we are dedicated to supporting Bahrain's FinTech ecosystem by investing in the local workforce. Our platform is being developed entirely in-house, which is made possible by assembling a high-caliber product engineering team. We are pleased to announce our partnership with Reboot, which enables us to hire, train, and empower local talent. Our graduate engineers hit the ground running from day one, working on mission-critical systems alongsideseasoned experts in their respective fields,” said Mohamed Sharaf, Chief Technology Officer at Tanami.

Yanal Jallad, Managing Director of Reboot Coding Institute, added, “Our partnership with Tanami reflects the strength of Bahrain’s talent pipeline, where advanced technical training meets real-world projects. Reboot graduates are equipped to translate their specialized training into practical solutions, bringing fresh perspectives and immediate value to the organizations they join. To date, 100% of our graduates have secured full-time employment, while nearly 80% of those in the final months of the program are already employed.”
With FF25’s results moving into execution and CBB authorisation secured, the signal is clear for founders and investors. Bahrain’s ecosystem is hiring, building, and shipping now, with a talent pipeline that connects classrooms to codebases and turns announcements into shipped products. For teams planning Q4 builds, start with a conversation at Reboot01 and a visit to Tanami’s platform roadmap via their public updates.
