The Family Office hires and upskills 50+ Bahrainis through Tamkeen
Oct 29, 2025

The Family Office confirmed it has hired, trained, and increased wages for more than 50 Bahraini employees, using Tamkeen employment and career-development programs to advance Bahrainisation. The firm positioned the effort as part of a broader skills agenda to help Bahrainis progress faster in private-sector roles.
This update lands as the Bahrain Pavilion at GITEX Global 2025 wrapped on October 23 with 12 partnerships and MoUs signed by participating Bahraini enterprises. For employers, that deal flow matters because program partners and hiring pipelines tend to form around events where agencies and founders work side by side.
The momentum is visible across sectors. In retail, Multi Market recently employed and trained 40 Bahrainis through Tamkeen’s tracks, showing how wage support and employer-led training lower hiring friction on the shop floor. That same logic applies in finance, where structured upskilling and clear wage-progression paths help teams mature quickly.
Policy signals are getting sharper too. Skills Bahrain identified the most in-demand roles in private education last week, mapping the technical and core skills employers need now. While the example is education, the method is useful for financial services: define role-specific skills, align on-the-job training, and measure time to productivity.
For founders, investors, and policymakers, the takeaway is practical. The Family Office shows how a finance employer can use Tamkeen support to hire locally, train consistently, and reward performance, while examples like Multi Market and Skills Bahrain show broader adoption. Pick one priority role, document the skills ladder, match it to a Tamkeen track, then track wage growth and retention over nine to twelve months.
Shortlist one role you can fill with a Bahraini candidate this quarter, align the skills map to Tamkeen’s current programs and set milestones before submitting your application.
