Etijah Coaching and Consulting Services is thrilled to announce the official launch of the third edition of the Ladies Who Lead Program. Supported by the U.S. Embassy in Bahrain and hosted at the American University of Bahrain, this edition of the program continues its mission to equip women across Bahrain with the tools and networks they need to excel in their professional journeys.

The opening event witnessed an enthusiastic turnout of 90+ registered participants, eager to embark on a transformative journey of leadership development.

The event commenced with opening remarks from Dina Shabib, Managing Director of Etijah Coaching and Consulting Services, who introduced the program and its objectives, emphasizing its focus on fostering leadership skills, confidence, and resilience among women in the workplace. Following Dina’s address, Nathanael Lynn, Counselor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy, shared a few words, underscoring the U.S. Embassy’s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower young professionals in the workplace and foster economic growth.

The program’s inaugural Speaker Session, titled Visionary Voices, featured Dr. Diana Aljahromi, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council. Dr. Diana Aljahromi inspired participants by sharing her journey as a trailblazer in higher education and highlighting the importance of cultivating a visionary mindset to overcome challenges and drive impactful change.
Following the keynote, participants engaged in a dynamic Networking Session that sparked meaningful conversations about navigating workplace challenges. Topics included overcoming communication hurdles in team dynamics, addressing the unique obstacles women face in professional environments, and strategies for achieving work-life balance and disconnecting after a long day. The interactive nature of the session encouraged participants to share personal experiences, exchange insights, and build connections with fellow attendees.

The launch event concluded with closing remarks from Dina Shabib, “This program is so close to my heart because of the incredible transformations I’ve witnessed. I can’t wait to see how each of you use this experience to create meaningful change in your workplaces and lives.”
