Manama-based NGN Training Center, a government-licensed training center that offers programs supported by Tamkeen (labor fund). The primary objective of NGN is to extend support to Bahraini businesses in boosting their capabilities in the field of ICT. The programs offered by the institute helps organizations build capacity in operations, train their employees and introduce newer technologies for higher efficiency.
Celebrating the graduation of the latest batch, NGN CEO Yaqoob Al Awadhi said: “We are pleased to award professional certificate to Bahrainis working in Technology Divisions in different industries, thus enhancing their professional skill set on the one hand, and strengthening the performance, competitiveness, and productivity of these companies and enterprises, on the other.”
He added that qualitative training empowers Bahraini individuals to improve their competitiveness, in addition to helping businesses craft “an institutional roadmap for continuous high performance, leads change efforts in organizations, and creates a culture of continuous improvement, taking into account that employers are continuously looking for candidates with the advanced IT knowledge, Institutional performance, and profitability.”
