Brinc MENA Hardware and IoT‘s Acceleration Program hosted a Virtual Demo Day for its 6th cohort, marking the program’s second virtual Demo Day since 2020.
Taking place on 28th of January through Hopin, Brinc opted for the virtual option to safeguard its teams and guests — especially with regards to the ongoing pandemic.
Local and international teams in addition to various guests of investors, corporates, and ecosystem players attended the virtual event to connect with the Founders and guest, as well as to learn more about Brinc.
The event was made possible through the support of Brinc’s strategic partners Tamkeen Bahrain, Batelco, Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), and StartUp Bahrain.
The virtual event highlighted the four key pillars of Brinc’s Investment Thesis, one that focuses on improving How We Feel, Where We Live, How We Move, and What We Eat.
Director of the Investments Department at Tamkeen, Mohammed Ahmadi, shared on Brinc’s Demo Day: “Tamkeen has always taken an active part in supporting the startup ecosystem in Bahrain through its endless partnerships and collaborations with accelerators, such as Brinc to further enable entrepreneurs and help them transform their ideas into businesses, especially in the field of technology and IoT, to contribute to the country’s economy and sustainable development goals. It’s part of Tamkeen’s ongoing mission to empower entrepreneurs, and position them at the forefront, creating in the process a dynamic and sustainable ecosystem.”
