Deyaar, the leading real estate developer based in Dubai, is going high-tech to redefine customer experience. To ensure smooth and timely execution of various challenging and transformative projects such as the launch of its forthcoming virtual-tour application, the company has entered a strategic partnership with Washington-based software giant Microsoft Corp.

Under this new partnership, Deyaar will make use of Microsoft’s cloud solutions, business intelligence products, and cyber security tools to optimize various operational and budgetary aspects of its digital transformation.

The virtual-tour application will be the hallmark of this new partnership. Based on the same technology powering Microsoft’s mixed-reality HoloLens device, this new feature will enable Deyaar to display its range of properties to potential customers in a mixed-reality environment. Among other perks, the new virtual-tour application will enable the company to display properties to potential customers remotely using just an advanced headset device.

“Deyaar aims to deliver high-quality real estate developments and differentiated services through return on investment for stakeholders and value for customers – and technology is at the core of this,” said Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar.

Meanwhile, Bobby Morrison, vice president and head of Worldwide Digital Transformation, Microsoft Corporation, said: “Digital transformation is about empowering businesses and customers to achieve more. This starts by reimagining what’s possible and choosing the right technology partner to bring it to life.”

Other than that, the two companies have also agreed to create a turnkey data center modernization project and introduce new services to add spark to Deyaar’s business model.
