Gulf Air Group (GFG), Bahrain’s aviation group, has signed a two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with INJAZ Bahrain, a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping young people with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the global economy.
The agreement, which extends to Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, and Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), operator of Bahrain International Airport (BIA), underscores GFG’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its investment in youth empowerment and talent development.
A Shared Commitment to Future Leaders
H.H Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairperson of INJAZ Bahrain, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating:

A Comprehensive Collaboration for Youth Empowerment
The MoU outlines a robust collaboration aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for Bahrain’s youth:
- GFG, Gulf Air, and BAC will contribute 40 volunteers annually to support the delivery of impactful programs in schools and universities.
- Three customized programs will be developed and delivered each year, tailored to equip students with essential entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
- The initiative will leverage industry expertise to bridge the gap between education and workforce readiness, ensuring students are prepared for future careers.
By fostering strategic partnerships and investing in youth development, Gulf Air Group continues to reinforce its role in shaping the next generation of Bahraini professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to drive innovation and economic progress.
