Hope Ventures has partnered with Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) to extend the reach of the entrepreneurship-themed reality TV show, Beban, to the UAE for its third season. This strategic collaboration aims to bolster the entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing UAE-based businesses with unprecedented opportunities for growth and success.

Having already achieved remarkable success in facilitating investments and strategic collaborations for businesses in the GCC region, Beban is now set to make a significant impact in the UAE. The show offers a unique platform for entrepreneurs and business owners to showcase their ventures to a panel of esteemed regional investors, presenting them with the chance to secure equity investments and explore lucrative business prospects.

As part of the Beban journey, selected entrepreneurs will embark on an intensive training bootcamp, where they will receive expert guidance and support in key areas such as expansion planning, financial modeling, and honing their pitching skills. This invaluable preparation will equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to make a lasting impression on the panel of regional investors during the televised show.

Her Excellency Alia Al Mazrouei, CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, expressed her enthusiasm, stating: “Through our partnership with Bahrain’s Hope Ventures, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development is excited to bring the entrepreneurial spirit of Beban to the UAE in its highly anticipated third season. By expanding Beban, we are creating valuable opportunities for UAE-based businesses to access a diverse pool of investors and strategic partners, accelerating their growth in regional and international markets. With intensive training bootcamps and exposure on a televised platform, Beban will empower entrepreneurs, foster cross-border knowledge exchange, and fuel the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”

His Excellency Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayed, Chairman of Hope Fund, highlighted the significance of Beban as a regional investment platform that connects entrepreneurs and investors across various sectors. “This partnership with the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development will provide UAE-based entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they require to develop their businesses while giving them added regional exposure through the show, all while promoting cross-border knowledge exchange between entrepreneurs of the region. We encourage and invite entrepreneurs based in UAE to apply for Beban season 3 and reap the show’s benefits.”

The selection process for entrepreneurs will consist of five stages, including viability screening, evaluation by industry experts, participation in an intensive training bootcamp, and the announcement of eligible finalists who will proceed to film the show’s episodes.

Beban invites UAE-based entrepreneurs to apply for season 3 online through their website by July 6th, offering a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas and seize opportunities for growth and success.
