Hope Ventures, the investment arm of Hope Fund and producers of Beban TV show, co-invests USD 100k in Kashta Tours alongside the private sector on the tenth and last episode of Beban Season 2, which can be streamed on Shahid platform for free.

Through episode 10, Kashta Tours, organizers of new and entertaining programs, activities, and leisure trips for groups and individuals, co-founded by Ahmed Jamsheer and Adel Ebrahim, successfully raised USD 100k from Hope Ventures and the CEO of Oman-based ‘Venture One,’ Mr. Said Alrashdi.

Commenting on the co-investment, Fajer Al Pachachi, General Manager at Hope Ventures, said: “We are excited about co-investing alongside Oman’s Said Alrashdi in Kashta Tours, as the company has demonstrated growing traction since its inception, while its co-founders, Ahmed and Adel, are passionate about facilitating community-based activities and have contributed to highlighting Bahrain as a tourist destination. We look forward to seeing Kashta Tours grow regionally with the help of strategic co-investor Said, who will help the company expand its operations to Oman.”

On his part, Mr. Said Alrashdi, CEO of Venture One, shared: “As an investor from Oman, it has been a pleasure to participate in Beban, a show promoting entrepreneurship while facilitating immediate investment opportunities. I am excited to be co-investing alongside Hope Ventures in Kashta Tours with the aim of strategically accelerating their market entry in Oman, which is rich in its tourism opportunities.”

While Ahmed Jamsheer, Co-Founder of Kashta Tours, commented on their fundraiser: “My co-founder and I started Kashta Tours having been fond of outdoor activities and wanting to create a community that shares the same passion while shedding light on the Bahraini culture and history through various activities. Alongside Mr. Said Alrashdi, episode 10’s panel of regional investors featured the General Manager of Flat6Labs KSA, Mr. Eyad Albayouk, and the CEO of Saudi-based C.STAR Venture Studio, Mr. Hatem Alghamdi. The panel was moderated by His Excellency Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayed, Chairman of Hope Fund, who was also representing Hope Ventures’ investments.
