The Intelaaq Consultancy Program 2025, implemented by the MENA Center for Investment and powered by Etijah Coaching and Consulting Services, officially launched its fifth edition with a dynamic Orientation Day that welcomed 30+ promising young professionals ready to embark on a transformative journey in consultancy and career development.
This three-month program is tailored to empower Bahraini youth by equipping them with real- world consultancy experience, critical employability skills, and direct access to career coaching and job opportunities. Designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, Intelaaq offers a rigorous, hands-on learning experience that prepares participants to succeed in today’s evolving workforce.
The Orientation Day featured opening remarks by honored guest Ms. Maryam Mattar, Board Member of the MENA Center, followed by Dina Shabib, Founder and Managing Director of Etijah, and Jareer Oweimrin, Consulting Director. Each speaker emphasized the importance of investing in national talent and the powerful role initiatives like Intelaaq play in shaping the future of the Kingdom’s workforce.
Speaking to the new cohort, Maryam Mattar remarked, “Intelaaq is more than just a program—it is a platform designed to enhance your employability, build practical skills, and unlock real opportunities in the job market. Over the next three months, you will grow, challenge yourselves, and gain experiences that will set you apart.”
Throughout the day, participants were introduced to the program structure and goals, which include enhancing employability skills, receiving one-on-one career coaching, building professional networks, and gaining practical experience through real consulting team projects.
The day’s sessions also featured interactive workshops, team-building activities, and an overview of upcoming assignments, setting the tone for a strong and ambitious start to the program.
As part of the program’s offerings, participants will engage in capability-building workshops, attend seminars and networking events, receive tailored CV and interview coaching, and earn a professional certificate upon completion. High-performing individuals may also unlock the opportunity to secure full-time job offers through client work during the program.
With the support of its strategic partners and a mission-driven curriculum, Intelaaq 2025 is poised to develop a new wave of capable, confident, and career-ready young professionals committed to making meaningful contributions to the Kingdom’s economy.
