ParkPoint, a parking management and operations company in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, has launched an innovative service that enhances visitor convenience within commercial complexes. The company has introduced a Golf Car request service, accessible through the new “Recall” mobile application. This complimentary service aims to offer a smooth and efficient commuting experience for visitors, making it easier for individuals and families to navigate large complexes.

To utilize this service, users can download the “Recall” app from both the Google Play Store and Apple Store. After installing the app, they can scan QR codes available at various locations, especially near valet parking areas. Once a QR code is scanned and the service is requested, the nearest available driver will promptly pick up the user and transport them to their desired destination within the complex.

The Recall service is initially available in ParkPoint-managed communities in Saudi Arabia, including Laysen Valley and Roshn Front. The company plans to expand the service to additional communities in both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
