Saudi-based smart logistics startup RedBox has hit a major milestone—10 million parcels delivered—and is now eyeing Bahrain and the wider GCC as part of its next growth phase.
Since its launch in 2019, RedBox has quickly built Saudi Arabia’s largest smart delivery point network with over 1,800 locations across 81 cities, including lockers and direct pickup counters. The company now plans to scale to 3,000 smart lockers by the end of 2025 and expand its model across the Gulf—starting with Bahrain and the UAE.
Backed by strong demand from e-commerce players and logistics providers, RedBox has established itself as a key enabler of digital logistics. Its smart lockers offer flexible, 24/7 parcel pickup, cutting down missed deliveries and simplifying last-mile fulfillment. These lockers are not just convenient—they’re greener too. By consolidating drop-offs and optimizing delivery routes, RedBox says it has slashed last-mile emissions by up to 75%.
RedBox currently partners with major platforms including Noon, Temu, DHL, Aramex, NiceOne, IHerb, and Brands for Less. In 2025 alone, it launched in 35 new Saudi cities and is now preparing to replicate this momentum regionally. With over 1,800 retail partners already on board, the company continues to invest in local talent, tech infrastructure, and sustainable delivery innovation.
“This milestone reflects the trust of our customers and partners, and the efforts of a talented team driven by innovation and excellence,” said Thamer Al-Tuwaiyan, CEO of RedBox. “Over the next five years, we aim to expand our network to over 10,000 lockers across the region and become the preferred last-mile delivery partner for e-commerce and retail brands across MENA.”
