The UAE Exchange, one of the leading international money transfer, foreign exchange and payment solutions company, has announced its partnership with Bahrain’s SADAD. The news aired during an official event held at Downtown Rotana Manama, in the presence of senior managers from both companies, business partners, and associates.
From now on, all their customers across Bahrain will benefit from a 24/7 international and local money transfer service through the newly-installed self-service kiosks around the Kingdom. The initiative is first of its kind in Bahrain. Apart from making money transfers more accessible, it will also provide locals with a wide range of utility bills payment solutions.
Promoth Manghat, Chief Executive Officer of UAE Exchange Group, expressed his gratitude to the Central Bank of Bahrain, which had led them through the whole journey. In his view, the new self-service kiosks were not only innovative and convenient, but they also offer a fast and secure way to transfer funds. The kiosks are user-friendly, equipped with maximum security, and allow pre-registered customers to transfer funds at any time with a swipe of a finger.
As Vineesh Kumar, Executive Director and General Manager of the UAE Exchange in Bahrain noted, the initiative would bring another value to the progressive Bahraini nation.
That is not the first collaboration between SADAD and the UAE Exchange. Earlier this year, the companies teamed up again to allow Bahraini citizens to pay their local service provider bills at any of the 12 UAE Exchange branches. The partnership included payments for Viva Prepaid, Viva Postpaid, Zain Prepaid, Zain Postpaid, Batelco Prepaid, Batelco Postpaid, electricity and water bills.
