After faring extremely well on the company’s home-turf Saudi Arabia, DailyMealz, a subscription-based food-delivery startup, has now officially launched operations in Kuwait.

Just in case you haven’t heard about the company before, DailyMealz relies on a business model that is pretty different from other regular food delivery companies such as Delivery Hero or Uber Eats. More specifically, the startup offers mainly healthy food every day to corporate employees.

Users can download the DailyMealz app (available on Android and iOS) and subscribe to monthly, weekly, or fortnightly subscription plans. They can select their preferred healthy meals for each day and have them delivered fresh everyday between 12:00 to 17:00, all through the five working days.

They then have to select meals for each day that’s covered by subscription and their preferred delivery time (between 12 pm to 5 pm).

The company has been serving high-quality food at affordable rates to corporate employees in Riyadh since 2017. Buoyed by the success it had in the Saudi capital, the company expanded to other major cities such as Jeddah and Dammam over the past six or so months.

“After our success in Riyadh and the expansion to Jeddah and Dammam, we’re very excited to launch Dailymealz in Kuwait which is one of the biggest food delivery markets in the region, thanks to its 100 percent internet penetration rate and tech-savvy population,” Mohamed El Zalabany, the co-founder and CEO of Dailymealz said.
