Gateway Gulf – A new global forum is all set to bring together global investors in Manama for addressing some key issues that the GCC region faces today. Special focus will be placed on the region’s economic transformation and investment opportunities. Announced by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), the forum will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain Bay from 8 – 10 May.

The Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) is an agency that promotes investments and supports initiatives for economic and investment development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

This unique event will witness more than 500 global investors and CEOs from various business sectors and discuss pressing economic issues and investment opportunities.

The event will be held under the patronage of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa

Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board. The event will include sessions discussing economic opportunities and investment-ready projects in the region.

The event will include valuable insights and discussions about transforming the Gulf economy and attracting new investments across industries. Since the GCC region is experiencing an economic shift owing to low oil prices, the plenary sessions at the event will cover new opportunities and challenges with discussions on economic policies, human capital development and impact of technology.
