Sidrah 3.0, the latest edition of the dynamic leadership program for Omani women, has officially launched, sparking excitement and anticipation. Building on the success of the past two years, which saw 106 women achieve significant professional milestones, Sidrah 3.0 aims to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets aligned with Oman’s evolving socio-economic landscape.

Jointly designed and managed by Lahunna Oman and Outward Bound Oman, Sidrah 3.0 brings together a diverse group of young women aged 20-35, including jobseekers, young professionals, and entrepreneurs, from across the Sultanate. This cohort is united in their quest to learn, lead, and innovate.

The program unfolds in two phases, equipping participants with entrepreneurial skills, resilience, and leadership qualities crucial for the next generation of business leaders. Through experiential learning, interactive workshops, mentorship, community building, and personalized coaching, Sidrah 3.0 fosters a lifelong passion for growth and creates a supportive community committed to Oman’s future.

Shatha Salim Al Maskiry, Founder of Lahunna Oman, emphasized the program’s transformative power: “Following the success of our previous editions, we are privileged to provide Omani women with an enriching journey that inspires them to shape their own future with confidence. We have expanded the program to include entrepreneurial skills, so they can participate and drive innovation in serving the national priorities of Oman’s Vision 2040.”

Supported by Oman Shell, Visa, MB Foundation, OQ, and Bank Nizwa, and media partners Al Wisal, Merge 104.8, and Virgin Radio Oman, Sidrah 3.0 continues to create spaces for Omani women to share their talents and overcome self-limiting beliefs. The program equips participants with essential future-of-work skills while reinforcing Omani values, social responsibility, and citizenship.
