Manama, Bahrain – 22 January 2025: Zain Bahrain (B.S.E.: ZAINBH) is honored to be among the top companies for Bahraini employment in 2024 for the entire year and the fourth quarter of 2024 per the Ministry of Labour. The telco has proudly maintained a Bahrainization level of 93.33%.

Zain Bahrain the only telco recognized by the Ministry of Labour as one of the top 10 companies achieving the highest Bahraini employment rate in 2024. It remains steadfast in its commitment to investing in the local workforce. The telco was also previously recognized for being listed among the top 10 highest employment rates during the second quarter of 2023 per the Ministry of Labour list, further underscoring its ongoing commitment to local talent and workforce development.
