Zoho, a global provider of cloud-based business software, has seen over 100% growth in the UAE last year, and 71% growth in the GCC region. At the company’s annual user conference called Zoholics Dubai, Zoho has announced plans for expanding and reinforcing its presence in the UAE and GCC region.

As part of their plans to expand, they have launched an Arabic version of the website zoho.com/ar, and partnered with a Bahrain-based company that helps businesses with payment processing.

Within the last year, Zoho has opened an office in Dubai as a regional headquarters, and expanded its network to support local businesses and participated in local events to improve engagement with its customers.

Zoho has also made its software accessible to local businesses by providing Arabic language support. It’s evolving Arabic UI in its apps, starting with Zoho CRM, and thousands of pages have been translated and made available in Arabic.

“The Arabic website would make software accessible and approachable for more people,” said Hyther Nizam, President MEA, Zoho Corp. “The integration will provide businesses a seamless payment gateway to make transactions without any hassles. This is a first-of-its-kind integration in the GCC region where an accounting software and a payment gateway software have come together to streamline payment acceptance and accounting.”
